Not always the most friendly, but with some time and patience, the options are many. But the amount and severity of the unresolved problems encountered is forcing me to switch away from this system: - This cart is one of the only ones that DOES NOT support real-time shipping calculation of the most common shipping method available, USPS 1st class. For months of my attempting to make this work, their firmly blaming the USPS servers, and countless hours wasted on my part, it was finally admitted by them months later that their system does not "YET" support this. This began two years ago, with no improvement yet seen,. - I am personally receiving large quantities of what I can only classify as spam, from the 1shoppingcart.com system, using the exact same broadcast module I use for my customers. I assume this comes from my being a customer, but I have never opted in to this mail. and have REPEATEDLY opted out from the system, have repeatedly asked to be removed from their database, have repeatedly contacted them directly, and yet I continue to receive unsolicited junk mail from the system, often 8 copies at a time. This is unacceptable, but the most worrisome, and the reason it is relevant here as a review, is that this exemplifies their system at work with their customers. It means it is the same my customers can expect from me, if I use this system. Not only is it unethical, but illegal, and I have no control despite my repeated attempts. - I have come to live with the fact that I cannot depend on reliable email sales notifications from this system. These notices are crucial to the fulfillment of my customers' orders, yet they occasionally are not sent, causing unacceptable customer service issues for me, and impacting my company's image. This is also an excellent product with tons of features. It comes with an affiliate software. It is targeted towards large merchants. It comes with an Auto-responder software. Also, it provides digital/eBook delivery with unlimited bandwidth. This product has seperate plans for US, Canadian and International merchants. It can export orders to Quick Book format. It offers free tax, shipping calculation - even real time USPS/UPS shipping calculations.
